Before a project discussion
What is the difference between M&E and MEP consultancy?
M&E usually means mechanical and electrical building services. MEP includes public-health systems. The actual disciplines and deliverables are defined for every MEPX appointment.
Does MEPX work across the whole North East?
MEPX is based in Newcastle and can support suitable projects across Tyneside, Northumberland, Wearside, County Durham, Teesside and the wider region.
Can MEPX support one discipline only?
Yes. A commission can cover one discipline, a focused survey or assessment, or coordinated multidisciplinary design through the agreed RIBA stages.
Is MEPX an installation contractor?
No. MEPX provides design consultancy, surveys, assessments and technical advice. Installation and specialist contractor responsibilities are defined separately.
