Who handles the information. MEPX DESIGN LTD is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and information-rights requests can be sent to hello@mepx.co.uk.
Project enquiries. The project brief can collect a name, work email, organisation, role, building location, project details, service requirements and files supplied by the visitor. MEPX uses this information to assess, respond to and keep an appropriate record of potential and active project work.
How an enquiry is delivered. Direct submissions are processed through the website host and an email-delivery provider, then delivered to the MEPX business mailbox. A receipt may also be sent to the email address provided. The website does not create user accounts or maintain a separate enquiry database. If direct delivery is unavailable, the visitor can open or download a prepared email and send it using their own email provider.
Basis, sharing and retention. Enquiry information is handled where necessary to take steps requested before a possible contract and for MEPX’s legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing project relationships. Information is shared only with service providers and professional advisers needed to operate the website, email and business, or where required by law. It is kept according to the enquiry status, any resulting appointment and applicable legal, professional or dispute-retention needs, then securely deleted when no longer required. MEPX does not sell enquiry information.
Your rights. Depending on the circumstances, individuals may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Concerns can be raised with MEPX first and with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website analytics and external links. Privacy-first analytics may record aggregated page and performance information. MEPX does not use advertising cookies. External websites apply their own privacy terms.
